Rise against Panem

I am one of many people who live in District 11, one of the poorer districts in Panem. The poorest district of them all is District 12. a girl from there once won the Hunger Games with someone else because of their love, actually the first time that has happened.

I do not see this country as "fair", the Rich people live in Capitol with the wealth and health care, decreasing the higher up the number goes stopping at District 13 which cannot even be considered a district at all, there are no people living in 13, just wildlife

Panem is a country built out of the aftermath of a war. Panem was once called the United States of America or USA for short. The society in this new country is strict and if I would have to describe it using one word it would be "unfair". People get executed and forced to live under harsh conditions while others thrive because of their wealth, it shouldn’t be like this. I plan to help the revolution against the Capitol.

I thought as hard as I could to find a way to spark courage into the people of District 11. fortunately, I have some friends to help me out. We spent hours discussing what would be the best way to do this, and we came to the conclusion of making a good speech that will inspire and have people going over to the rebellion.

It`s raining heavily with the ground covered in wemud, it's time to say the speech. The place is fairly crowded but not enoughmaybe there will come more as they hear it from a distance...

AI'm saying the speech more and more people are coming. When I was finished, a man came up to me and asked if I wanted to join the resistance. clearly, he was sent by the resistance. I thanked yes to him and he went away for a little, I saw him speaking into a transmitter and before I knew it there came an aircraft that slowly hovered down to the ground as it was landing, it didn’t seem like it was the peace keepers. The man came over to me again and said "c`mon" so I went with him and sat in the aircraft... as I was on my way to some resistance base I looked out the window and saw that the peace keepers were overrunning the place where I had my speech. I could only wonder what would have happened to me if I said no to the man, I could have been executed.
